Business Development Manager for our office in Zurich

As a fast-growing digital agency, Dream Production develops websites, apps, and online shops for renowned clients in Switzerland. Our office is located in the vibrant Kreis 5, in the heart of Zurich. We maintain high standards for quality and service—always combined with plenty of fun in our international team.

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager with a strong network to join our team in Zurich, driving business growth and expanding our client portfolio in the digital space.

You will take responsibility for sales and growth strategies, nurturing relationships with our clients, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration. By aligning closely with UX designers, developers, and project managers, you will ensure the successful delivery of high-impact digital solutions such as online platforms, e-commerce projects, mobile apps, and corporate websites.

Take responsibility for advising exciting and new clients and conceptualizing and implementing solutions in the web and mobile app sectors.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
• Identify and nurture leads, converting them into long-term partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions in the web and mobile app sectors.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure budgetary alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Communication and relationship-building come naturally to you. You speak (near) native-level German and possess strong English skills (C1 level).

• Proven track record in sales or growth management, ideally in the digital agency space.
• Strong network within Switzerland’s business or tech communities.
• Experience with digital solutions, including CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and e-commerce systems (e.g., Shopify).
• Business acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities in complex projects.
• A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
